For years, I thought I was living healthy. I exercised weekly, tried to eat “clean,” and followed every wellness rule—yet I was still overweight, exhausted, constantly sick, unhappy in my body, and burning myself out.
As a Certified Health Coach with a degree in Exercise Science, I learned that more isn’t better—better is better. I shifted to a smarter, natural, evidence-based approach built to support metabolism, muscle, energy, mood, and long-term health.
